Job summary

Citizens seeks a Director/MD Investment Grade Syndicate to lead the syndication and execution of investment grade debt offerings for corporate bonds, financials, and sovereigns. You will manage deal flow, pricing strategy, investor engagement, and regulatory compliance, coordinating across origination, sales, trading, and legal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in investment grade syndicate or related capital markets.
• Deep understanding of fixed income markets, investor dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree and relevant licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the syndication process for investment grade debt transactions across currencies and geographies.
• Oversee pricing discussions, book-building, allocation strategy, and investor targeting.
• Ensure seamless coordination with issuers, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders.
