Citizens Capital Markets & Advisory seeks a Director/Managing Director, Structured Product Trader to lead risk management and revenue across ABS, CLOs and securitized assets in its Structured Products platform.

The role demands 10+ years in structured products trading, deep pricing and liquidity provision, and the ability to mentor junior traders while maintaining compliance and a strong market presence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Structured Products Trading or related capital markets.
• Deep expertise in ABS, CLOs, securitized products, market structure and pricing.
• Strong ability to generate P&L through disciplined risk management and market insight.
• Excellent communication skills and senior market leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and actively manage Structured Products trading risk across ABS, CLOs and related securitized products.
• Drive revenue generation through market making and relative value analysis.
• Provide liquidity solutions and execution support to institutional clients.
• Collaborate with Sales and Syndicate on new issue pricing and investor feedback.
• Deliver market color, pricing intelligence and liquidity insight to teams.
• Manage inventory, capital utilization and liquidity exposure per risk/return objectives.
• Mentor junior traders and uphold a high-performance trading culture.
• Maintain strict adherence to regulatory and internal risk management requirements.
