Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in investment grade syndicate or related capital markets roles.
• Deep understanding of fixed income markets, investor dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree and relevant licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the syndication and execution of investment grade debt offerings across currencies and geographies.
• Oversee pricing discussions, book-building, allocation strategy, and investor targeting.
• Mentor a team of syndicate professionals and ensure compliance with governance standards.
• Represent the syndicate desk in client meetings, roadshows, and investor calls.
