Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking an Investment Executive (Financial Advisor) in Central California to lead a team of licensed retail bankers, drive securities product sales, and coach staff on investment strategies.

You will manage client relationships, coordinate client meetings, and ensure high-quality financial solutions aligned with client goals and risk tolerance. Travel within the assigned territory is required.

Qualifications

• Brokerage industry experience required.
• Licenses: Series 7, 66 (or 63/65) and state-required insurance licenses; variable annuity license required.
• Motivated by commission-based rewards and internal sales contests.
• Ability to motivate and coach a team; strong communication and teaching skills.
• Strong knowledge of securities, investment products, and financial solutions.
• Excellent sales and presentation skills; ability to build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals while acting in the best interest of clients.
• Plan and conduct coaching sessions for retail bank employees.
• Develop client meetings to review accounts and close sales with licensed bankers.
• Handle daily client needs, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues.
• Follow up post-appointments to develop referrals and relationships.
• Manage sales planning to drive results and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of financial products through study and coursework.
• Delegate tasks and ensure timely completion of accountabilities.
• Prepare internal reports for sales tracking and performance.
