Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals while serving clients' best interests.
• Plan and conduct individual and group coaching sessions with retail bank employees.
• Develop client meetings to review accounts and close sales with licensed bankers.
• Handle daily client needs, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues.
• Post-appointment follow-ups to maintain relationships and develop referrals.
• Manage sales planning for self and team to drive results and financial performance.
• Maintain knowledge of all financial products and perform internal reporting.
