Fifth Third Bank seeks an Investment Executive (Financial Advisor) in Northern, CA—East Bay. Based in Walnut Creek, you will lead a team of licensed bankers, drive securities sales, and design coaching sessions to enhance investment strategies and product solutions for high-potential clients.

Responsibilities include conducting client meetings, reviewing existing accounts, and delivering solutions aligned with clients’ financial goals. Travel within the territory is required.

Competenze

• Brokerage industry experience required.
• Licenses: Series 7, 66 and state insurance licenses (63/65) where applicable.
• Ability to motivate others and coach staff.

Mansioni

• Achieve sales goals while serving clients' best interests.
• Plan and conduct coaching sessions for retail bank employees.
• Develop client meetings to review accounts and close sales in coordination with licensed bankers.
• Manage daily client needs, follow up, and develop referrals.
• Coordinate team sales planning and training seminars.
