• Motivated by commission-based sales and internal competition.
• Proven ability to train, coach, and motivate a team of bankers.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals while acting in the best interests of clients.
• Plan and conduct coaching sessions for retail bank employees.
• Develop client meetings to review accounts and close sales with licensed bankers.
• Lead and mentor licensed bankers to drive business development and growth.
