Qualifications

• Brokerage industry experience required.
• Licensing: Series 7, Series 66 (or 63 and 65) and appropriate state licenses; variable annuity license required.
• Strong sales motivation and competition mindset.
• Ability to motivate and train a team.
• Ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals while serving clients' best interests.
• Plan and conduct coaching sessions for retail bankers.
