Job summary

The Standard is seeking an Investigative Consultant to join our Ethics and Code of Conduct program. You will support investigations into misconduct and coordinate across the compliance team, assisting with policy maintenance and training.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree, extensive investigative experience, and strong ability to influence stakeholders; a JD is preferred. This is a remote-friendly opportunity with a focus on enterprise-wide ethics governance.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years in a related role with knowledge of business conduct programs, ethics requirements and investigatory techniques.
• Proven ability to conduct internal investigations and to substitute related government or military experience for required years.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence others and build relationships at all levels of the business.

Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate and investigate reports of suspected misconduct and determine appropriate action; document findings and partner with stakeholders.
• Maintain and manage the case management system, including anonymous reporting channels, for routine reporting and root cause analysis.
• Assist with implementing and maintaining components of the Business Conduct Program and ethics policies.
