The Office of Accountability and Whistleblower Protection (DOVA) seeks a senior investigator supervisor to lead a staff of investigators in conducting administrative investigations and related activities into misconduct, retaliation, and poor performance involving VA senior leaders.
You will develop investigative strategies, supervise case management, review complex reports, and coordinate with external offices such as OSC, OIG, MSPB, and OPM to advance accountability.
