State of New Hampshire is seeking a Stock Clerk III to monitor inventory, receive and store stock, and support statewide distribution across DOS, Surplus, and DOC. The role requires forklift-capable handling and routine data entry for asset tracking.

The position is full-time, 40 hours weekly, non-exempt, with a total compensation package typical for state employment. A valid driver's license is required, and a forklift certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Qualificações

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent credential.
• License/Certification: Valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Monitors material inventory levels to avoid shortages or overages and notifies when thresholds are reached.
• Receives and stores stock, fills requisitions, and delivers supplies to divisions statewide.
• Assists with inventory receipt reconciliation and inspection of equipment, furniture, and products.
• Operates warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) to receive and distribute items.
• Performs data entry of inventory information to track supplies and movements.
• Picks up and inventories fixed assets identified for surplus and assists in disposition.
