Randstad USA is seeking an inventory clerk in Manchester, NH with strong analytical skills to maintain stock accuracy in high-volume distribution centers. This short-term role focuses on cycle counts, discrepancy reconciliation, and precise data entry into the warehouse management system.

Responsibilities include locating and auditing inventory, following FIFO or client procedures, and communicating issues to warehouse teams. The schedule is 08:00–16:30, with a flexible short-term mandate.

Are you highly analytical and excel at inventory accuracy? Become an inventory clerk with a highly flexible schedule. We offer short-term mandates in high-volume distribution centers, allowing you to use your data skills to ensure precise stock integrity when it fits your life.

Your responsibilities:

• Perform accurate, scheduled cycle counts and physical inventory checks of designated stock locations to verify system quantities.
• Investigate and reconcile discrepancies found during cycle counts or audit procedures, documenting root causes and adjustments.
• Accurately input inventory adjustments, transfers, and location changes into the warehouse management system (wms) or inventory software.
• Audit and verify product locations, ensuring all inventory is stored correctly and following fifo (first-in, first-out) or client-specific procedures.
• Communicate discrepancies and location issues to warehouse management and receiving/shipping teams.
