Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepares inventory of plates, decals and forms for distribution out of the warehouse.
• Coordinates the plate-room courier route for statewide delivery.
• Provides courier service to multiple locations statewide and handles plates and related materials.
• Monitors inventory levels and performs periodic counts to ensure accuracy.
• Performs data entry in the VISION system to track supplies and movements.
• Assists with ordering by assessing current supplies and reporting needs.
