• Investigate discrepancies, document root causes, and apply adjustments.
• Input inventory adjustments, transfers, and location changes into WMS.
• Audit locations and enforce FIFO or client-specific procedures.
• Communicate discrepancies to warehouse management and receiving/shipping teams.
