You will partner with Distribution Centers, Retail Inventory Control, and Production Planning to ensure accurate reporting across North America, Europe, and Asia.

The role requires a CPA/CMA/MBA or equivalent plus 4+ years in accounting or inventory roles, with strong Excel, SAP/S/4HANA, and WMS experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CMA/MBA or other relevant certification is a plus.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, inventory accounting, distribution, or a manufacturing environment.

Aufgaben

• Own complex inventory reconciliations and analyze inventory movements, adjustments, and exceptions between WMS, SAP, and related reporting tools across North America, Europe, and Asia.
• Lead month-end and quarter-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, variance analyses, and management reporting within timelines.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, perform root-cause analysis, coordinate corrective actions with cross-functional partners, and communicate risks and recommendations to management.
• Review cycle count and physical inventory results, validate variances, monitor remediation, and support audit and control requirements for DCs.
• Execute and maintain inventory-related SOX controls, support testing and audit requests, identify control gaps, and propose improvements to policies and procedures.
• Develop and enhance recurring inventory reporting and dashboards to improve visibility, accuracy, and decision-making across the supply chain.
• Serve as SME for assigned inventory accounting processes, providing guidance and training to analysts and partners.
• Lead system implementations, UAT, and DC transitions, documenting requirements, testing results, issues, and process impacts.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation to strengthen controls and reduce manual effort.
