Tapestry, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Accounting to join our New York/New Jersey or Jacksonville, FL team.

You will own inventory reconciliations, lead month-end close, and partner with DC operations and other functions to deliver timely, accurate financials across North America, Europe, and beyond. You will drive SOX controls, enhance reporting, and support audits, while mentoring analysts and guiding system implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field required; CPA/CMA/MBA a plus.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel; strong Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, WMS, and ERP systems preferred.
• Solid knowledge of reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and communicate findings clearly.

Responsabilités

• Own complex inventory reconciliations and analyze movements across WMS, SAP, and reporting tools for Distribution Centers.
• Lead month-end and quarter-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Investigate discrepancies, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Review cycle counts and physical inventory, validate significant variances, and support audits.
• Execute and maintain inventory SOX controls and assist audits and control testing.
• Develop inventory reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools to improve visibility.
• Serve as SME for inventory accounting processes and train analysts and partners.
• Lead system implementations, UAT, and cross-functional projects documenting requirements and test results.
• Identify process improvements and automation to strengthen controls and efficiency.
• Manage ad hoc analyses and multiple priorities with limited direction.
