• Extensive experience leading supply chain strategy and multi-year planning.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with budgeting experience.
• Ability to influence cross-functional leaders and executives.
• Experience leveraging lean principles and digital workflow tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of the Supply Chain Strategy Office operating model across brand portfolios.
• Drive long-range planning, operating model design, and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Translate market trends, insights and data into actionable deliverables for Supply Chain.
• Coach and develop junior SC Strategy team members and mentor teammates.
• Partner with Finance, IT, Legal, and Brand teams to elevate end-to-end visibility and cross-brand synergies.
