Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of ERP systems like JDE, SAP or similar.
• Proven technical skills to set up and leverage IT tools like Power BI, Dataiku, Alteryx, MS Excel.
• Proven soft skills to work with people from different groups within an organization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement elements of the inventory control environment to guarantee cost accounting reports are accurate, complete, and timely.
• Ensure consistency across entities and coordinate with the corporate controlling team to comply with policies.
• Monitor internal control results and report risk profiles to leadership to safeguard inventory assets.
• Support cost accounting and inventory cost absorption rates; update rates to ensure proper absorption into finished goods.
• Monitor aged work orders and collaborate with operations to resolve obsolescence and identify improvements.
