Job summary

Valley Inventory Service is seeking Senior and Mid Level Physical Inventory Supervisors for field-based work across Northern California. You will lead on-site inventories, supervise crews, review scopes, assign counting areas and set the pace to ensure timely, accurate results.

You’ll train and coach auditors, perform audits and recounts, troubleshoot equipment, and communicate professionally with customer management.

Qualifications

• Professional physical inventory experience.
• Previous Crew Lead, Supervisor or field-leadership experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout Northern California.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise inventory crews at customer locations.
• Review the scope and expectations of each inventory.
• Assign counting areas and brief the crew.
• Set pace and keep the crew productive.
• Monitor accuracy and progress.
• Train, coach and develop Inventory Auditors and Crew Leads.
• Perform audits, verification counts and recounts.
• Communicate with customer management.
