Job summary

Carnival Cruise Line is seeking a Supply Chain Senior Specialist to support inventory planning, forecasting, and allocation for shipboard retail, warehouses, and eCommerce platforms. The role involves data-driven decision-making to optimize stock, reduce aging, and improve retail revenue across the fleet.

The position emphasizes analytical rigor, vendor coordination, and collaboration with RAMs and logistics to drive efficiency and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in a relevant field or related discipline.
• 4+ years of inventory planning, forecasting, retail planning, or supply chain operations required.

Responsibilities

• Assist inventory planning, forecasting, and allocation across shipboard retail locations, shore-based warehouses, and eCommerce platforms to maintain product availability and optimize stock.
• Support vendor onboarding, vendor records, and resolution of vendor-related issues to ensure continuity of supply.
• Develop and support buys aligned with demand, sales performance, and inventory strategy to support revenue and cost objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and enhance inventory turns and cost efficiency.
• Assist in PO management and execution to ensure accuracy and alignment with inventory needs.
