The candidate will use ERP/MRP systems and Excel to manage purchase orders, monitor procurement, and maintain records while working closely with Sales, Manufacturing, and Logistics to optimize inventory levels and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales.
• Complex Excel formulas and ERP software experience (Dynamics, SAP, Oracle).
• Distribution or manufacturing sector experience.

Responsibilities

• Enter PO data in ERP/MRP and track procurement activities.
• Collaborate with Sales to assess inventory on hand and plan for the future.
• Coordinate procurement with manufacturing, logistics, QA, and project teams to support production planning.
