Job summary

RTX Collins Aerospace in Cedar Rapids, IA seeks a full-time co-op intern to learn Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) and materials management. You will engage with demand planning, master scheduling, production planning, and logistics on Lean events, while building knowledge of Collins products and planning fundamentals.

The role runs Jan–Aug as a full-time mentorship with exposure to manufacturing, quality, sales, program leadership, and supply teams, plus opportunities to develop

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or STEM.
• Experience with SQL and/or Power BI.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience can come from coursework, projects, or on‑the‑job work.

Responsibilities

• Work full-time Monday–Friday in Cedar Rapids as part of a co-op.
• Receive training and mentorship from your manager and team.
• Build a Collins network by networking with other interns/co‑ops.
• Shadow other functions at the site to broaden understanding.
• Collaborate with SIOP and materials management on Lean events.
• Assist transportation and inventory data analytics.
