Job summary

Rocket Lab, based at the Middle River, MD facility, seeks a Senior Inventory Coordinator to manage inbound goods, maintain FIFO processing SOPs, and ensure timely delivery of components for production. You will support Kanban replenishment, cycle counting, and overall stock integrity in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 2+ years of experience.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive inwards goods on a FIFO basis and ensure SOPs for processing of inwards goods are adhered to.
• Ensure accurate and on time delivery of components and production kits in accordance with plans/priorities.
• Maintain stock point accuracy and ensure LN reflects actual stock movements.
• Participate in a daily cycle counting program and support stock rotation.
