Job summary

Rocket Lab is seeking a Lead Inventory Coordinator based at our Middle River, MD site. You will support daily/weekly production targets by championing inbound throughput, managing parts receipt and timely supply to internal and external customers, and ensuring DIFOT alignment with production priorities.

Responsibilities include kitting coordination, KPI monitoring, and liaising with production teams and external sites.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Inventory / Supply Chain experience and a High School Diploma.
• Exposure to international shipping regulations, ITAR.
• IATA/IMDG knowledge.
• Strong IT knowledge, comfortable with Windows.
• Experience with a fully integrated ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Open orders & Fast Track Rush Orders
• Ensure Throughput KPIs are met
• Provide Daily Direction and support for Store Persons
• Support inwards goods and outbound logistics as needed
• Ensure on time delivery of components and production kits
• Coordinate daily/weekly kitting resources to sustain high customer service
• First escalation point for kitting issues
• Liaise with Production Leads and other labs for parts flow
• Maintain stock accuracy and compliance with document management system
