Job summary

Rocket Lab is seeking a Senior Inventory Coordinator to be based onsite at our Middle River, MD production facility. You will handle receiving, put-away, counting, and kitting of inbound/outbound goods, and maintain inventory accuracy for Electron and Neutron rockets.

You will ensure on-time delivery of components and production kits, support Kanban supply to the shop floor, and participate in daily cycle counts to maintain stock integrity. Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 2+ years of experience.
• Proficient using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access.
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive inwards goods on a FIFO basis and ensure SOPs for processing of inwards goods are adhered to.
• Ensure accurate and on time delivery of components and production kits according to production & transfer order plans/priorities.
• Sustain supply of Kanban materials to shop floor.
• Manage raw material movements and replenishment.
• Participate in a daily cycle counting program.
• Maintain stock point accuracy and ensure LN reflects actual stock movements.
