BodyHealth is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to safeguard accuracy and flow of stock across internal warehouses, Amazon FBA, and partners. You will oversee receiving, transfers, and reporting, using the ERP system to provide real-time visibility.

This is a hands-on role with some support from warehouse staff during peak times. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in inventory control or supply chain, strong analytical skills, advanced Excel and Power BI, and experience with NetSuite.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving discrepancies.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite); advanced Excel and Power BI for reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records across internal warehouses, Amazon FBA, and third-party partners using the ERP system.
  • Oversee inbound receiving, inter-location transfers, and reconciliation of discrepancies between physical and system inventory.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and support biannual physical inventories to ensure data integrity.
  • Monitor subscription inventory pools to prevent stockouts and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Generate inventory reports to support purchasing, forecasting, and operational decisions.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff for support on transfers, receiving, and Amazon-related tasks.

The Inventory Control Manager oversees the accuracy, movement, and integrity of inventory across all locations, including internal warehouses, Amazon FBA, and third-party partners. This role ensures timely receiving, transfers, and reporting, while supporting fulfillment and subscription operations. Reporting to Management, the manager enforces process discipline, resolves discrepancies, and provides real-time visibility into inventory using the ERP system. This is a hands-on role with potential for support from warehouse staff during non-peak hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate inventory records across internal warehouses, Amazon FBA, and third-party manufacturers using the ERP system.
  • Oversee inbound receiving, inter-location transfers, and reconciliation of discrepancies between physical and system inventory.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and support biannual physical inventories to ensure data integrity.
  • Monitor subscription inventory pools to prevent stockouts and ensure timely fulfillment.

Qualifications:
  • 2–4 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, or warehouse operations, preferably in e-commerce or multi-channel environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to resolve inventory discrepancies and improve accuracy.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite); experience implementing or working without a WMS is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills for inventory reporting and forecasting.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to operate independently while coordinating with warehouse staff.
  • Comfortable in a hands-on role with limited direct reports, leveraging warehouse associates as needed
