Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years in buying or inventory management.
• 2–4 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Retail or grocery industry experience preferred.

• Oversee daily IMD operations for assigned focus areas.
• Achieve service level, inventory, and availability targets.
• Lead and develop staff including buying managers and turn buyers.
• Monitor inventory metrics: turns, salvage, gains, and DOH.
• Oversee procurement of open market purchases with trading partners.
• Analyze sales trends and update forecasts for promotions and seasonal demand.
• Collaborate with IMD Director, Merchandising, Traffic, and division teams.
• Support supply chain improvements and inbound compliance.
