Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years in inventory planning, control, or related roles.
• Advanced experience with SAP inventory management processes and transactions.
• Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly inventory reconciliation between plant records, SAP balances, and financial stock.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions for timely month-end close.
• Partner with Finance and Operations to validate valuations and postings.
• Analyze inventory transactions to identify trends affecting accuracy and reporting.
• Maintain documentation and approvals for adjustments according to policy.
• Lead annual and periodic physical inventories and cycle count programs.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to enhance SAP controls and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce variances and improve working capital.
