Job summary

Highspring LLC (d/b/a Vaco by Highspring) is seeking an Inventory Controller to join our team in Midtown. The role focuses on ensuring accurate inventory records, reconciling accounts, and supporting financial statements and audits.

The successful candidate will lead cycle-counts, justify discrepancies at the SKU level, and work with Finance to ensure accurate COGS and PPV metrics. Strong ERP and Blue Cherry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of substantial inventory controller experience.
• Strong experience with PPV and inventory valuations.
• Experience performing detailed inventory reconciliations and audits.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory-related accounts are properly supported and reconciled.
• Investigate and resolve differences between systems and financial statements.
• Prepare detailed month-end inventory schedules and supporting documentation.
• Lead book-to-physical inventory reconciliations and cycle-count programs.
• Support external auditors with inventory reconciliations and variance explanations.
• Take ownership of PPV reporting and analysis across vendors and SKUs.
