Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific in Massachusetts is hiring an inventory coordinator to support warehouse operations. You’ll use RF handheld scanners and our mobile app to replenish stock, perform cycle counts, receive shipments, and ensure accurate inventory records.

You’ll respond to emails, assist internal partners, and help improve daily workflows while adhering to safety and PPE requirements. The role involves lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and may require overtime.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in customer-facing, warehouse, or inventory roles
• Confident with RF scanners or mobile scanning apps and basic MS Office
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal
• Self-starter with attention to detail and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Use handheld RF scanners and mobile app to replenish stock and perform cycle counts
• Receive and inspect shipments, store items, and maintain cycle counts
• Respond to customer emails, follow up by phone, and support internal partners
• Collaborate with supervisors to improve daily workflows
• Uphold safety and PPE requirements in all work areas
• Proactively monitor stock levels and flag gaps or issues
• May perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
