Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Experience with ERP/inventory systems preferred (Syteline preferred).
• Read and interpret part numbers and inventory records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records in the ERP/Syteline system.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure accuracy.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve shortages or errors.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or overages.
• Audit locations and material movement for organization and accuracy.
• Support receiving, shipping, and production with inventory questions.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and locations during activities.
• Assist with material staging and inventory organization across areas.
• Maintain inventory documentation accurately and timely.
• Support continuous improvement of inventory processes and flow.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
