Job summary

Bev-Hub in Manhattan, KS is seeking a Lead Inventory Specialist to oversee inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving, and warehouse organization at our manufacturing facility. This hands-on leadership role supervises two Shipping & Receiving Specialists and ensures materials are tracked, stored, and available for production.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in warehouse or manufacturing inventory, strong Excel and ERP skills, and a track record of safety and efficiency in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse, inventory control, or manufacturing.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory software/ERP and Excel.
• Forklift experience preferred; company authorization required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to perform physical duties in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for ingredients, cans, and packaging.
• Perform cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Oversee daily shipping and receiving with documentation.
• Supervise two Shipping & Receiving Specialists.
• Coordinate with Production and QA to stage materials.
• Maintain lot-tracking and inventory rotation.
• Ensure finished goods are recorded and prepared for shipment.
• Keep warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
• Enforce safety procedures and GMPs.
• Identify operational improvements and report to management.
• Assist forklift operations as needed.
