Harper Industries, Inc. is seeking a Senior Inventory Control Specialist to maintain accurate inventory records and support material flow across warehouse and production areas.

The role collaborates with receiving, shipping, production, and purchasing teams to ensure timely transactions and inventory organization. The position may serve as Inventory Control Lead when designated, providing day-to-day direction, training, and improvements to inventory processes and accuracy initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records within ERP/Syteline.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory counts.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, shortages, and transaction errors.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or overages.
• Audit inventory locations and material movement for accuracy.
• Support receiving, shipping, and production with inventory questions.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and locations during activities.
• Assist with material staging and inventory organization.
• Maintain documentation and records in a timely manner.
• Support process improvements for inventory and material flow.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
