Job summary

Amazon’s Global Inventory and Asset Manager within Tech Supply Chain is seeking a program-focused leader to stand up new inventory and asset management processes, and to integrate Last Mile facilities into Amazon’s framework. You will drive data-driven improvements, define metrics, and partner with Engineering, Deployment, Field, and Supply Chain teams worldwide to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of cross-functional work with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL proficiency.
• Experience defining program requirements using data to determine improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Last Mile integration into inventory management for smaller sites.
• Oversee inventory control for IT products across 3000+ facilities.
• Manage excess/obsolete inventory with repurpose/return/resell strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize inventory processes.
• Identify and resolve gaps as inventory scales to Last Mile sites.
• Define and implement key metrics like Shrinkage, Days of Cover, etc.
• Drive cost-saving targets and efficiency improvements across locations.
• Develop phased plans with milestones for Last Mile integration.
• Lead development of automated inventory health tracking and reporting.
• Communicate program status to executives with formal reviews.
