Job summary

Tallgrass Energy seeks a Contract Administrator to be the primary contact for contract transactions on our interstate natural gas pipeline facilities, supporting Contract Administrators and Associate Contract Administrators.

The role requires five years of relevant experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines while maintaining professional communication with internal teams and external customers.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years recent experience in contract administration in the natural gas interstate pipeline industry.
• Direct external and internal customer relations experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Contract processing for new service requests.
• Administering contractual rights as defined by tariffs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure FERC processes and reporting requirements are followed.
