Job summary

Tallgrass Energy seeks a skilled Contract Administrator in Lakewood, CO to manage contract processing for new service requests and administer rights under pipeline tariffs. You will partner with Marketing, Credit, Legal and Regulatory teams to ensure FERC requirements are met, and you will handle ROFR and Capacity Release provisions.

The role requires five years in interstate gas contract administration, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years recent experience in natural gas interstate pipeline contract administration.
• Direct external and internal customer relations.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Contract processing for new service requests.
• Determining and administering contractual rights as defined by each pipeline tariff.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Credit, System Design, Legal, Regulatory and Billing groups to ensure FERC reporting requirements.
• Administer Capacity Release and ROFR provisions.
• Assist external customers in capacity release process as needed.
• Post and maintain all regulatory and contractual documentation.
