Energy Transfer Family of Partnerships is seeking an Associate Contract Administrator to help ensure that natural gas contracts are drafted, documented, implemented, and administered accurately throughout their lifecycle. Responsibilities

Administer a portfolio of natural gas contracts covering high volumes of gas and significant business activity.
Draft contracts, amendments, notices, and other contractual correspondence.
Maintain contract information within the Quorum Contract Management System.
Prepare Accounting Briefs for new and amended agreements.
Monitor contractual obligations, deadlines, notice requirements, and trigger events.
Audit settlement statements to ensure compliance with contractual terms.
Research and resolve contract-related issues with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare reports and provide contractual information to support business needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and SOX requirements.
