Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting a fast-growing boutique law firm in Phoenix, AZ, in hiring an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney for its Internet Law practice. You will manage high-profile matters involving online businesses, technology issues, and public figures from inception to resolution.

The role offers a hybrid work environment in the Scottsdale/ Phoenix metro area, flexible scheduling, and strong mentorship and growth opportunities, with exposure to novel internet-law

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the Arizona Bar.
• 7+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience handling complex commercial litigation matters.
• Experience practicing in Arizona state and federal courts.
• Strong deposition, oral advocacy, and motion practice skills.
• Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• JD from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of cases from inception through resolution, including drafting motions and briefs.
• Take and defend depositions, argue hearings, and manage discovery.
• Participate in trial preparation and case strategy development.
• Handle matters involving copyright and online business disputes within internet law.
