Capital One is seeking a Lead Account Executive for International Payment Processors to oversee regional processor relationships and drive results across multiple markets. The role blends payments expertise with partner management, requiring coordination with offshore teams and strong documentation interpretation.

The candidate will directly own regional portfolios, manage 20+ relationships, and ensure operational efficiency while adhering to strict compliance standards.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years in relationship/account management or payments operations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred in business/finance/operations.
• 5+ years managing international payment processors or partner networks preferred.
• 5+ years in payments operations, transaction research, and settlement workflows.
• Experience interpreting technical processor documentation and multi-region portfolios.

• Manage international payment processor relationships and portfolio health.
• Own regional responsibilities across regions including Australia, Hong Kong, China, Japan, Europe and the Netherlands.
• Analyze client setups, configurations and technical docs; coordinate with offshore support teams.
• Troubleshoot operational roadblocks and conduct transaction research to resolve issues.
• Identify and escalate account-level risks while ensuring compliance with standards.
