Job summary

Ventus Executive Solutions seeks a Senior Technical Director to support a cutting-edge program office. You will advise Government leadership, coordinate international technical initiatives, and shape strategy, governance, and engagement activities for national security programs.

The role requires 20+ years of DoD-related leadership, TS clearance or eligibility, and a strong track record leading multinational efforts across diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as a prerequisite for the role.
• Proven track record leading multinational defense or technology initiatives.
• Experience engaging with SES, Flag Officers, General Officers, and senior international officials.
• Experience developing strategic roadmaps, governance frameworks, or tech transition strategies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Government leadership and coordinate technical initiatives across international stakeholders.
• Help shape strategy, execution, and engagement activities for the program office.
• Lead cross-functional teams with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment.
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable decisions for senior leaders.
