Job summary

Partner Forces, LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a high-visibility international affairs program supporting a federal national security client. You will manage contract performance, client relationships, and lead a team that supports complex international initiatives and presidential priorities.

Must be a US citizen with an active TS/SCI and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in international affairs, foreign policy, or national security.

Qualifications

• Must have significant international affairs experience and a strong understanding of federal contracting.
• Proven ability to lead federal contracting teams and manage relationships with senior government stakeholders.
• Demonstrated commitment to coaching, mentoring, and developing junior professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the federal international affairs program, owning contract performance, staffing, budgeting, deliverables, and quality.
• Manage government client relationships, subcontractor coordination, compliance, risk management, and program reporting.
• Oversee program budgets, funding, labor utilization, schedules, and performance metrics.
• Coach and develop analysts and consultants, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team.
• Align activities with DHS, DoS, interagency partners and overall national security priorities.
