Job summary

Engine is seeking a product manager with 4+ years in internal tools, operations, or workflow products to automate repetitive, high-volume work and lock metrics with functional leaders at Engine's scale. You will own key workflows and drive alignment with stakeholders while applying AI fluency to earn trust with leaders who don't report to you.

Ideal candidates will shadow support agents or accountants to measure cycle-time baselines, map critical workflows, and deliver the first version live
