Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years in diverse application support and technology systems; up to 3 years of direct supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology with 4–5 years of related experience in technology systems and 2–3 years of direct supervisory experience.
• Advanced knowledge of project management.
• Advanced knowledge of troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving computer related problems.
• Experience leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and review the upgrades, developments, and modifications of internal systems to meet organizational goals and requirements
• Lead the design and delivery of internal systems related training programs
• Direct and administer internal systems policies and procedures throughout the department
• Oversee the maintenance of internal database files and the development of custom reports to meet the requirements of company management and staff
