Job summary

ConnectWise is seeking a Senior Director of Content Strategy & Corporate Communications to lead a combined Content and Corporate Communications function. Responsibilities

• Leads the Content Strategy & Corporate Communications function spanning narrative governance, blog and asset strategy, event content partnership, executive thought leadership, PR/media relations, partner communications, internal communications, social media and third-party community engagement, crisis communications, reputation analytics, content operations, and editorial standards.
• Owns short- to long-term execution of the content and communications strategy, operating plan, and roadmap aligned to ConnectWise priorities, the brand narrative, ConnectWise Platform differentiation, PSA, AI/automation, CW Agentic, product launches, partner experience, pipeline quality, renewal durability, and revenue growth priorities.
• Evolves and governs the ConnectWise narrative, ensuring consistent messaging across brand, product, partner, event, executive, demand generation, social, PR, internal, and sales/partner enablement content.
• Provides editorial direction for priority content including blogs, long-form assets, executive thought leadership, event content, partner-facing communications, internal updates, media materials, and reputation-sensitive messaging.
