HCSC Communications is seeking a seasoned communications professional in Chicago for developing and executing diverse communications across audiences. You will draft, edit, and supervise print and web materials and mentor junior team members in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The role supports a hybrid model (3 days in office, 2 days remote) and prioritizes leadership, project management, and high-quality writing under tight deadlines.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Public Relations or communications-related field with 7 years of copy development or editing, or 11 years of communications experience.
• Leadership skills to mentor staff, handle escalated issues and assist management.
• Project management experience and ability to lead multiple projects with shifting deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute communications to meet needs of multiple audiences through interaction with clients and management.
• Draft, edit and supervise production of communications (print, web, etc).
• Mentor other team members.
