Job summary

Versova is seeking a Senior Communications Specialist to develop and execute strategic communications that strengthen employee engagement, recruitment, organizational culture, and brand reputation. You will create content across newsletters, emails, executive messaging, and intranet content while supporting change management initiatives.

In this role you will manage platforms like SharePoint, ADP, OptiSigns and more to ensure a great user experience and alignment with priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in communications, journalism, or public relations.
• Proficiency in content creation and technology tools, including Office365, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, AI.
• Experience managing or supporting communications platforms and engagement tools.
• High level understanding of communications platforms, including SharePoint, Zoom, OptiSigns, etc.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies that support organizational growth, recruitment, and brand reputation.
• Create content that strengthens employee engagement and reinforces organizational values and priorities.
• Support change management initiatives by delivering communications that drive successful adoption.
• Optimize digital communication platforms to ensure effective content delivery.
• Review and refresh existing content across all platforms to maintain relevance, accuracy, and alignment.
• Support and coordinate company events, meetings, and functions.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to enhance platform functionality and user experience.
• Coordinate language translation for materials.
• Maintain asset files, ensuring proper organization and retention.
