You will be a Swiss Army knife for Internal Comms, partnering with our Head of Internal Communications and collaborating across departments to shape internal communications for a high-growth company. The role focuses on developing and executing strategic programs, producing newsletters and large-scale employee meetings, and driving change communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of internal communications experience—building and executing strategic programs.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills across channels.
• Experience partnering and working cross-functionally.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment with continuous change.
• Design and video editing skills are a plus.
• Curiosity about AI and willingness to learn as tools evolve.

Responsibilities

• Execute the internal communications strategy, communicating the company’s vision and progress to employees and amplifying the brand.
• Collaborate with leadership, People team, Legal, Go-to-Market, and other stakeholders across the organization.
• Monitor the pulse of the organization and optimize communications updates and channels.
