Qualifications

• Experience in a college/university audit environment.
• Proficiency in Banner.
• Preference for individuals with at least one professional certification (CPA/CIA/CFE/CISA).
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related discipline and two years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct operational, compliance, financial, and special audits or consultations to provide assurance that internal controls are adequate and effective.
• Provide routine consultation and advisory services to university campus units, including interpretation of policies and procedures and participation in committees.
• Contribute to risk assessment and governance processes to protect university assets and promote efficiency.
