Job summary

Clearbrook Group Services Inc. is seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to perform ICFR and SOX testing within the Internal Audit function. The role covers risk assessments, control design, operating effectiveness, and remediation tracking.

This 100% in-office position requires strong analytical skills, governance support, and collaboration with finance and IT teams; domestic travel up to 15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related field.
• Five+ years in public accounting, internal audit, or SOX/ICFR.
• SOX/ICFR experience including scoping, walkthroughs and remediation monitoring.

Responsibilities

• SOX/ICFR: support risk assessments, scoping, testing of controls, and remediation tracking.
• Internal Audit: execute financial, operational, and compliance audits with project planning and reporting.
• Analytics, leadership and improvement: develop repeatable analytics, dashboards, and coordinate stakeholders.
