Job summary

Enstar Group is seeking an experienced Senior Internal Auditor to contribute to the ongoing evolution of IA, deliver high-standard audits and advisory work, and lead data analytics initiatives across the Group. You will collaborate with stakeholders, regulators, and external audit to enhance controls and assurance.

The role emphasizes autonomy, leadership, and the ability to manage ambiguity within a fast-paced environment, with travel across Enstar’s footprint as needed.

Qualifications

• Qualifications: relevant audit, accountancy, technology or equivalent.
• Experience delivering complex internal audits and presenting results to senior audiences.
• Experience with data analytics and automation assurance solutions.
• Track record in external/internal audit or control assurance with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver audit and/or advisory work to a high standard, adding value to stakeholders, and challenging convention.
• Track audit actions with stakeholders to expedite delivery.
• Build relationships within IA, across the business, and with regulators and external audit.
• Support data analytics approaches, strategies and tools.
• Demonstrate autonomy, assertiveness and ability to manage ambiguity.
• Maintain up-to-date IT and data knowledge and share with the team.
• Take ownership of audits with a leadership mindset.
• Identify pragmatic solutions for more effective processes.
• Contribute to IA strategy and continuous improvement.
• Act with integrity, professionalism, discretion and diplomacy.
